(Continued from
The Top of The Page...)
As soon as you stop eating,
your body starts to wonder when it is going to get it's next meal. If
you are not quick enough about feeding it, your body will assume that
you are trying to starve it. Then it will go into survival mode.
Whenever your body experiences
quick weight loss, it will begin the process of changing your metabolism.
This is done in an effort to save yourself from starving to death. If
one of your goals happens to be to starve yourself then you might be
surprised to find that the process could take a month or more. Once
you stop eating, your body will conserve all the calories that you consume
and store everything that you eat as fat.
On the other hand, if one
of your goals is to lose weight, the best way to do this is to fool
your body into thinking that you are giving it plenty of food. This
can be done even if you experience quick weight loss, just as long as
you do it the right way.
If you can give your body
something to eat on a regular basis then it won't try to go into survival
mode. The more often you eat, the higher your metabolism will be. Getting
plenty of exercise can also help to speed up your metabolism.
You could even experience
quick weight loss by eating the same amount of food that you currently
consume but changing the way that you eat it. Instead of having meals,
take the same amount of food that you currently eat and spread it out
over the course of a day.
Have you ever wondered why
some people seem to be able to eat constantly and never gain any weight?
It is because their metabolism is running on all cylinders. Of course,
it could also be because they are very active and get a lot of exercise.
So what is the perfect way
to accomplish quick weight loss? The first thing to do is to completely
forget about eating meals. Instead, try to eat small healthy snacks
from the time that you get up until the time that you go to bed. The
second thing to do is to get active. You don't need a gym membership
in order to get active. Just take a walk or do anything else that gets
your body moving.
